After an advertisement has been sold:
- Fill out "Advertising Contract and Statement".
- Collect a check from the business advertising as well as what they would like their ad to look like. The check can also be mailed to the school:

- Write a receipt out to your advertiser.
- Give checks to Brandy Coscarella to be deposited into the Tenderfoot Account.
- At the end of each month a thank you letter (by hand or form written) needs to be sent to each advertiser.
- Send an email notifying the Editor once an ad has been paid for.
- Place the card/designed ad in the tray on the Editor's shelf to the left of the computer.
- On the Monday before the issue is due email a full list of the advertisements, sizes, color, etc. for the month's issue to the Editor and the Advisor, Miss Bass.
